Copyright Policy

At Data Send UK we respect the intellectual property rights of others and this "Copyright Policy" sets out the conditions and procedures that we take and you agree to by using the service.

General use

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they either own the material, content of the files, or have permission from the copyright holders to send the file.

Breach of use

If a user is in breach of this "Copyright Policy" which forms part of our "Terms of Service" then Data Send UK will contact the user directly to discuss the problem and remove all offending files from its servers immediately without notice. Data Send UK will suspend the users account if the problem persists.
